1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between ee7 ("we", "platform") and its users ("you", "member"). By using the ee7.cam website and related services, you automatically agree to these terms.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

3 Age Verification and Protection of Minors

• Providing false information during age verification will result in immediate account closure.
• Any winnings earned will be forfeited.
• Legal action may be taken against anyone who assists a minor in creating an account.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on ee7 is ৳100 (one hundred taka). All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.

• The account used for depositing must be registered in your own name.
• Depositing using a third-party account is prohibited.
• For suspicious transactions, ee7 may refuse to process them without verification.

Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes.

• Account verification must be complete before a withdrawal can be made.
• Withdrawal requests may be temporarily suspended if an active bonus wagering requirement is in progress.
• ee7 may request additional documents to comply with anti-money laundering regulations.
• Withdrawals are always processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

ee7 offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus is subject to its own terms and conditions.

Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. A 25x wagering requirement must be met before this bonus can be withdrawn.

• The wagering requirement must be met within 30 days of claiming the bonus.
• If the requirement is not met within the specified time, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
• Each eligible member is entitled to one welcome bonus only.
• The maximum bet amount may be limited when betting with bonus funds.

General Bonus Terms

• ee7 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Claiming bonuses using more than one account will be treated as fraud.
• VIP members will receive weekly cashback according to their tier.

6 Betting, Gaming and Outcomes

All betting and gaming activity on ee7 is conducted on the basis of fair play. Game fairness is ensured using SSL encryption and certified random number generators (RNG).

Sports Betting

• If odds change after a bet has been placed, the odds at the time of placing the bet will apply.
• If an event is cancelled or left incomplete, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Placing bets on opposing outcomes of the same match across multiple accounts is prohibited.
• ee7 reserves the right to suspend the payment of bets where match-fixing is suspected.

Casino Games

• If a technical error occurs in determining a game outcome, the round in question will be considered void.
• Abnormally large winnings displayed due to a software or system error will not be considered valid.
• The individual terms and conditions of game providers will also apply.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute regarding a game outcome or payment must be reported to support within 72 hours. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted. ee7's investigation and decision will be considered final.

7 VIP Program and Cashback

ee7's VIP program has four tiers. Members can advance to higher tiers based on regular play and their contribution to the platform.

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.4%
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.1%
• Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 1.5%

VIP Benefits Terms

• VIP tiers and benefits may change at ee7's discretion.
• Specific wagering requirements may also apply to cashback bonuses.
• All VIP benefits will be cancelled if an account is closed or banned.
• Achieving a VIP tier is an ongoing process; inactivity may result in a tier reduction.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ee7 platform. Violating these prohibitions may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balance:

• Creating more than one account in one person's name.
• Playing games or conducting transactions using another person's account.
• Following disproportionate betting strategies for the purpose of meeting bonus requirements (bonus abuse).
• Attempting to influence game outcomes using software or hacking methods.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• Sharing or buying and selling account details with other members.
• Placing bets using match-fixing or inside information.
• Behaving inappropriately or making threats toward other members or staff.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

Account Closure by ee7

ee7 may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these terms is violated.
• If false information is provided during identity verification.
• If evidence of fraud or deception is found.
• Due to legal or regulatory requirements.

Account Closure by the Member

You may request to close your account at any time through support. Please ensure all eligible balances are withdrawn before the account is closed. Any active bonuses will be cancelled.

10 Limitation of Liability

ee7 accepts no liability in the following circumstances:

• Loss caused by internet disconnection or technical errors.
• Issues caused by errors in third-party game software.

• Missed betting opportunities due to unexpected server maintenance or downtime.
• Personal financial loss resulting from gaming addiction or excessive gaming.
